Negoto – Tasogare Rhapsody ~Twilight Rhapsody~

Song & Lyrics: Aoyama Sachiko
Translation: Kafka

Radiant heat haze
Dazzles the sight of you
Someone lost grasp of the white parasol
As it dances on the wind

How long have you been there?
Are you waiting for someone?
I’m falling into the depths
Of your answer-less eyes

Being I and YOU
The whispering rhapsody
With a voice like a sound of the sea
Right now, you can live beyond time

Pink Sodas are shaking
Our nomad selves
I can see through everything
In the dancing bubbles

I just want to be shining
Although I won’t be washed away to anywhere
The asphalt is still hot
That it sparkles more than my tears

Being I and YOU
The whispering rhapsody
Leaving you behind
In a soda for an abrupt eternity
The rhapsody seeps out
Even at the present tomorrow
Along with the twilight,
Will the similar kind of world be here?

Being I and YOU
The whispering rhapsody
I can hear it from a distance
I’m sure I’ve been searching for you all this time
I’m gazing at you right now

Being I and YOU
The final rhapsody
With a voice like the sound of the sea
I can live beyond time

Kanji:

*Sachiko manages again to make lyrics that are really vague and hard to translate into English. >__> Anyway, overall I think this song is one of their very best songs they’ve made. Such a jazzy feel with a hint of progressive progression in arrangements.
