Stereopony x Kariyushi58 – Tatoeba, Utaenaku Nattara ~ If For Example You Couldn’t Sing Anymore~

Passing Through Countless Towns
Passing Through Countless Times
The newly arrived song dyes red
And resounds to the setting sun

They are vanishing, the “Present” Times
Everything is leading to disappear
Gladness, Despair,
They are vanishing

Someone’s single emptiness
Stumbles in a nook
While the dry wind is blowing
Nothing gets noticed

Still today in this town
Ready the birthplace song
Dusk that freezes hearts
The night remained silent as it gets late
Not able to go home, I cried
Not able to go back, I got bewildered
“Who is the most important person?”
Somehow please remember

The flowers bloom, The flowers scatters
Someday, Everyone will become stars
Not a single(yes, not a single)
Same shapes won’t retain

Someone’s felled tears
Vanishes into the dried asphalt
“Farewell”
Still left unsaid
Are dreams with no place to go

Still tomorrow in this town
Slowly being reborn
About a bunch of limitless
Worthless things, Treasures
Truth, Lies, Everything
Radiantly shines in the light
Nobody knows the answer

Days until tomorrow
And by intervals of tomorrow
It’s always in there
Others can’t go anywhere

Still today in this town
If you read the birthplace song
Dusk that freezes hearts
The night remained silent as it continued
Not able to go home, I cry
Not able to go back, I become bewildered
“Who is the most important person?”
“What is the truly desired thing?”
“Where is the final returning place?”
Somehow please remember

Somehow please remember

*A collaboration with fellow Okinawa band Kariyushi58(it’s vocalist is AIMI’s senpai). A truly heartfelt song, a song that makes you think a lot of things. What if you suddenly can’t sing anymore? what will think and do? on the other hand, not just singing, what if you can’t do what you like anymore? your passion suddenly vanishes because of disability. This makes me think that nothing is permanent, in time, we will keep on losing something. Well, on the bright side, while we lose something, we also gain something in return, this is one of process of what we so called “Growing Up”. So we need to live life while we do what we really want to do before we can’t do it anymore. Time is our enemy, we aren’t getting younger.
